When you subscribe to LionZen, you’re joining our community of wellness seekers who value consistency and results. To ensure fairness and transparency across all subscribers, the following terms apply:
  • Skip or reschedule anytime.
    At LionZen, we don’t do lock-in contracts — we believe in our product, not in forcing financial commitments. You’re free to manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time with complete confidence.
  • Subscriptions can be skipped, modified, or updated at any time through your customer account.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.
By completing your subscription checkout, you authorize LionZen to automatically charge your selected payment method at the listed price and chosen frequency until your subscription is cancelled or expires.
All cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

Limited-Time & Introductory Offers


Occasionally, LionZen may offer special promotions or introductory discounts for new subscribers.
These offers are available for a limited time and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Once the promotional period ends, your subscription will continue at the standard listed price, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Subscription Price Adjustments


We periodically review our subscription pricing to ensure it reflects the true value and cost of our premium formulations.
If pricing adjustments are required, you will be notified via email before your next renewal charge is processed.
By continuing your subscription, you agree to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of renewal.

Cancellation Policy


When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration.
If you do not wish to renew, you must skip, modify, or cancel (if eligible) before your next billing cycle.

You can manage your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

Early Cancellation


If you wish to cancel your subscription before receiving three orders, please contact our Customer Care team at support@lionzen.com to request early cancellation.
An early cancellation fee equal to 20% of your total order value will apply.
You will receive an invoice for this amount, and your subscription will be cancelled once payment is received.
