At LionZen, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. To initiate a refund or store credit, please contact us at support@lionzen.com You’ll be required to return the full product to our address at your own cost. Refunds or store credits will be processed within 14 days once the returned product has been received and approved.

Returns


We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or was sent to the purchaser first), the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Australia Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
