How do I request a return?

Send us an email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Do I need to return the product to get a refund?

Yes, in most cases we ask that you return the bottle(s)—even if opened—so we can process your refund quickly.

Are shipping costs refunded?

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds cover the product price only, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

Yes, if you’d like a replacement bottle rather than a refund, just let us know when contacting our support team.

Does the guarantee apply to multiple bottles or bundles?

Our guarantee covers your first purchase of a product. If you ordered a bundle, we’ll refund the first opened item and any unopened bottles returned in good condition.
