Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your LionZen purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
Send us an email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
Yes, in most cases we ask that you return the bottle(s) even if opened so we can process your refund quickly.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds cover the product price only, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Once we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Yes, if you’d like a replacement bottle rather than a refund, just let us know when contacting our support team.
Our guarantee covers your first purchase of a product. If you ordered a bundle, we’ll refund the first opened item and any unopened bottles returned in good condition.
