Fast Dispatch


At LionZen, we pride ourselves on efficient order processing and dispatch.
All orders (excluding weekends and public holidays) are shipped within 1–8 hours depending on the time of order.

During peak periods, sales events, or after public holidays, dispatch times may take slightly longer — usually by an extra business day.

Our fulfilment team works tirelessly to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information


We ship Australia-wide using Australia’s leading courier services, including Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery’s progress in real time.

Important Disclaimer


All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are based on information provided by Australia Post and other partnered couriers. While LionZen guarantees prompt dispatch, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is under the responsibility of the courier.
LionZen is not liable for delays, missed delivery windows, or late arrivals once your order is in transit.

Delivery timeframes should be treated solely as a guide. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing it at least 10–12 days before the required date to allow for possible courier delays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels


If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lionzen.com with your order number and tracking details.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

No Refunds for Late Deliveries


Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders arriving later than expected.
We ensure prompt dispatch and accurate tracking, but once the parcel is collected by Australia Post or another courier, transit times are beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey. You can use this link at any time to check the latest delivery updates provided by the courier.
